Instructions for tomorrow's Project viva - reg

Please note the following :

1. Students of Section B must be present in the department with six copies of project reports (mini/major) before 09:00AM.

2. The teams will be called as follows : 

• Teams containing students from Section B ONLY will be given first preference.
• GIRLs team will be given preference over BOYs team IF it is getting late.
• Teams containing students from both section A and section B must be present in full strength to provide comfort and confidence to their team mates from the other section and for any emergency.

3. The external examiner will be completely in control of the conduct of the examination and others will only play a facilitating role.

4. Students are requested to create a professional atmosphere both in the exam room and in the surroundings    that is the corridor.

Project Viva Dates and details about Comprehensive viva - reg

Dear Students

There is no comprehensive viva on Saturday 20th April, 2013.
The next batch will have comprehensive viva on Monday 22nd April, 2013.

Here is what I want your class to do meanwhile....

1. Focus on getting your drafts cleared by your internal guide and continue preparations for your Project viva

NOTE :

PROJECT VIVA IS SCHEDULED ON
27th APRIL 2013 for Section A and
01st May 2013 for Section B

2. Please make sure that your email ids with names and phone numbers are available with me so that you can avoid the inconvenience of returning home without completing your viva.

The easiest way to do this is..

1. If you are not receiving any mails from hodece@live.com then send a mail with your detail immediately and NOT WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR NAME IN THE LIST ( This is lazyness in its peak form) !
2. If you have changed your email id or phone number please send an email with the change clearly mentioned.
3. Some students have reported that they have not received the callletter mail from me. However, I have proof that I did send the mail to them. So, legally, what is my position ? Can someone comment on this ?Curious to know.
